Donald Sudy, MD

Dr. Sudy received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. Following medical school, he served as a Flight Surgeon in the Air Force. during that time, he was involved with establishing the Health and Wellness Center on base as well as serving as Chief of Flight Medicine. Following his active duty commitment, he completed an Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Louisville, serving as Chief Resident in his senior year.

Dr. Sudy, a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician, now dedicates his practice to vein, cosmetic dermatology and wellness services in Charlotte, NC utilizing results-oriented, proven and safe procedures. Dr. Sudy is highly trained in laser treatments including laser hair removal, cosmetic laser surgery and vein therapies utilizing lasers and minimally invasive techniques. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society of Liposuction Surgery and he is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Sudy has been featured several times on Fox Charlotte and has written numerous articles for magazines and online publications.

Sarah Yousuff, MD

Dr. Yousuff received her undergraduate training at the University of Texas and obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Following this, she completed an Anesthesiology residency at the University of Washington. After residency, Dr. Yousuff served as Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Southwest Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas as well as Medical Operations Mission Support Physician for NASA astronauts training for the International Space Station in Star City, Russia. Her academic appointments include Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of the Pain Management Center at the University of Louisville. She has transitioned her practice to wellness/preventative medicine as well as the diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases.

Dr. Yousuff is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. She has extensive interventional procedure experience as well as specialty training in Laser Medicine and Facial Aesthetics and is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, American Society of Anesthesiology and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Aaron Chacon, Nutrition & Fitness Coordinator

Aaron Chacon recently joined the Evolve Medical Associates team as their Nutrition & Fitness Coordinator. Along with having studied nutrition at the University of Texas at Austin, Aaron is also a MPC competitive bodybuilder. With a strong passion for nutrition and fitness, Aaron plans on working with our clients to implement an effective wellness program aimed at optimizing your fitness and nutrition goals.

ISABELLA AYSCUE, COOLSCULPTING TECHNICIAN

Isabella Ayscue received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Brookhaven and her MBA from the University of Rochester in 1999. After working several unfulfilling years in corporate America, Isabella realized that life is too short to have a job that she wasn’t passionate about. Through a fortuitous encounter, she found her passion in helping others working in the medical cosmetic industry. After extensive training, including attending CoolSculpting University, she become a Certified Coolsculpting Body Contouring Technician. Her drive to exceed expectations is a contributing factor to her success in Body Contouring. With her sole focus on Coolsculpting and hundreds of satisfied patients, we welcome Isabella and her experience in CoolSculpting to Evolve Medical. She is excited to be able to combine CoolSculpting’s permanent non-invasive fat reduction procedure with Evolve’s comprehensive medical weight loss, nutrition and fitness program to help her patients get the body they want, and maintain it. 

SAM, GREETER

Sammy joined Evolve in April 2013. He was found starving and with little hair in a Walmart parking lot by our friend, Tina Botzenhardt. Tina knew how much we were grieving over the death of our beloved Yorkie, Sprite, who served a 'Greeter' for Evolve Medical Associates since 2005 until February 2013.

Sam has turned out to be a wonderful, completely devoted companion -- he's still getting used to the greeter role, but is steadily getting the hang of it!
